South Carolina law requires the Brantley Moody Campaign to collect and report the name, address, and occupation of individuals or the name and mailing address of organizations whose contribution exceeds $100 in an election cycle.

South Carolina law also limits contributions from individuals and organizations to $1,000 per entity per election cycle.
